M&D Orlando is excited to introduce our Academy for K-12th grade girls, offering a fun and supportive environment to learn and play lacrosse!
Our Academy Training Program is designed for beginner to intermediate players looking to build confidence, improve fundamentals, and develop a strong foundation in the game. Unlike traditional seasonal club programs, Academy now operates on a month-to-month registration model, giving families the flexibility to join when it best fits their schedule and goals.
Each session focuses on stick skills, footwork, game concepts, lacrosse IQ, and overall athletic development in a positive, challenging, and encouraging environment. Whether your player is brand new to the sport or looking to prepare for club team opportunities, Academy Training provides the instruction and repetition needed to accelerate growth.
This program is perfect for players who want consistent training, skill development, and a pathway toward more competitive lacrosse without the commitment of a full travel team.
Whether your daughter is new to the game or looking to improve, the Academy is the perfect place to develop her love for lacrosse.

- Dates: December 2, 7,9, 14, 16, 17
- Ward Park Field C
- 10 Hours of Training!
- Please note that the time for December trainings are a lot later than normal, this is due to field space!
